1.목적 및 정의 / Purpose & Definitions
본 약관은 넘치다(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 Kingdom Server(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다.
These Terms govern the use of Kingdom Server (the "Service") provided by numchida (the "Operator").
2.서비스 내용 / The Service
서비스는 콘텐츠 운영을 위한 내부 도구로, 키워드 조사, 콘텐츠 계획, 발행 이력 관리, 메모·태그 기능을 제공합니다.
The Service is an internal content-operations tool providing keyword research, content planning, publication-history tracking, and notes/tags.
3.이용 자격 / Eligibility
서비스는 운영자 본인 및 운영자가 인가한 사용자만 이용할 수 있습니다.
The Service may be used only by the Operator and users authorized by the Operator.
4.금지 행위 / Prohibited Conduct
이용자는 (1) 서비스의 정상 운영을 방해하는 행위, (2) 무단 접근·역공학, (3) 관련 법령 또는 본 약관 위반 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
Users must not (1) disrupt the Service, (2) gain unauthorized access or reverse-engineer it, or (3) violate applicable law or these Terms.
5.Google Ads API 관련 준수 / Google Ads API Compliance
서비스는 Google Ads API를 키워드 데이터 조회 목적으로만 이용하며 Google API Services Terms of Service 및 관련 정책을 준수합니다. 데이터 오용, 광고 대행, 제3자 계정 운영은 하지 않습니다.
The Service uses the Google Ads API solely to retrieve keyword data and complies with the Google API Services Terms of Service and related policies. It does not misuse data, provide ad-management services, or operate third-party accounts.
6.지식재산권 / Intellectual Property
서비스 및 그 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 운영자에게 귀속됩니다.
Rights in the Service and its content belong to the Operator.
7.면책 및 책임의 한계 / Disclaimer & Liability
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 운영자는 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스 이용으로 발생한 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.
The Service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from its use.
8.약관의 변경 / Changes to These Terms
운영자는 약관을 변경할 수 있으며 변경 시 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다.
The Operator may amend these Terms; changes will be announced on this page.
9.준거법 및 관할 / Governing Law & Jurisdiction
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 분쟁은 운영자 소재지를 관할하는 법원을 1심 법원으로 합니다.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes are subject to the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location as the court of first instance.
